How Is It Powered?
Glomensio Firefly is wired to Mains(120V). We are offering free installation to our Pre-Orders for a limited time (48 contiguous states).
Why I Should I Pre-order?
Pre-Orders get free installation and at least 1 year of free HyperAware subscription. We are a bootstrapped company and we greatly appreciate everyone who has supported us in our journey through Gen1 & now through Gen2 Pre-Orders. All customers Pre-Ordering the device will be credited by permission & preserved at glomensio.com/thanks.
When Will It Arrive?
We expect the First Batch Pre-Orders to begin shipping before December 1, 2024. HyperAware features will be rolled out as OTA updates.
Is Gen1 Available?
Our Gen1 is no longer available. We will continue to support our Gen1 product installs and any should any issue arise with any Gen1 device within 3 years of purchase, we will be shipping the upgraded Gen2 unit to those customers. Kindly note that the Gen1 came with a 1-year warranty, but as a token of appreciation, we will replace any device (untampered) if it stops working within 3 years of purchase. Thank you for enabling us to get installs in 8 states & test across so many weather conditions from AZ extreme heat to WI snowstorms.
What Is the Warranty?
Glomensio Firefly Gen2 comes with a 2-year replacement warranty. We stand behind our products & our Gen1 installs have been out running in the field already in all sorts of weather for 1.5 years.
Will My HOA Allow It?
Your HOA may regulate the location of the installation & the brightness of the device. Our device has adjustable brightness to be suitable for any low-light neighborhood. Your HOA would not be able to prevent the use of illuminated numbers on a home, as it is a reasonable use and reasonable design decision, especially in light of the need for emergency vehicles to find a home at night. Our device specifically aids in emergencies when seconds matter most. If you have any issues, please email us at support@glomensio.com and our team would be happy to help.

- HyperAware Features will be rolled out OTA & in-app after the first batch of shipments begins.
- Free installation will be provided by an insured & bonded electrician/contractor on behalf of Glomensio. Glomensio Firefly is designed for rapid installation in 15 minutes for the majority of installs. However, some installs may require additional setup & electrician work that may levy additional charges. We will do our best to provide subsidized & fair installation.
- Customers who pre-order the product will be contacted by Glomensio once the shipments begin to set up an Installation appointment.
- Free installation is a promotional benefit extended to early customers for a limited time only and is currently available in 48 Contiguous States.
- 1 Year HyperAware Subscription is a promotional benefit to early customers for a limited time only and will be available to pre-orders from the date the HyperAware capabilities are rolled out.
- Glomensio reserves the right to stop offering promotional benefits at any point for future sales.
- Customers who purchased the device during ongoing promotion will remain eligible for promotional benefits as entitled to upon their purchase. The device will continue to function without a subscription, but no new device integrations such as new fire alarms will be possible. Subscription to all HyperAware features is slated to be launched at $99/annually. Glomensio may continue to offer complimentary subscriptions or reduced pricing to early customers at its discretion.
